Hello dear friends, I want to thank each and every one of you who sent us emails, called us at home and kept us in your thoughts and prayers during this really sad time for us. Marita and I are sincerely touched by the out pouring of love, thoughtfulness and kindness by all of you.
It seems as of now that all of our immediate family is safe. I am worried about my brother Fazlyn who I haven't been able to reach due to the phone lines being jammed. He drives tourists all over the country and he could have been at any one of those places during the tsunami. We hope and pray that he is safe. Will keep you updated.
I am in Nagoya/Japan with the AlMckay allstars. Tonight is our first show. It's going to be a challenge to stay focused on the gig with all that is going on back home, but I am going to do my best. Marita and I would like to wish each and every one of you all the very best in the New Year. May God Bless you all.
